Silk and snow has so far delayed in replacing it and honouring their 5 year warranty. No point in having a warranty if they won't respond in a timely fashion to a claim. Very disappointed with the frame and silk and snow - poor customer service and they are obviously trying to not provide a warranty replacement. Date of experience: 20 October.. I recently purchased bedding from Silk & Snow, and could not be happier with the product and experience. I outfitted my bedroom with percale sheets, linen sheets, muslin duvet cover, muslin shams, 2 new pillows, and a duvet!. I have tried several times to leave a review on Silk and Snow's website detailing my experience to warn future.
